FCMS boys basketball will end practice tonight at 4:00PM. There is a JV tourney in our gym so they will have to end early.
The two varsity Mario Kart teams competed against Fairbury, Minden, and Platteview on Tuesday, Dec. 14. The teams beat Fairbury and Minden but lost to Platteview. Both teams are now 2-2 in their division. The League of Legends varsity team competed well against Pender but lost.
The FCA middle school Christmas breakfast gift-exchange which was scheduled for Friday, December 17 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, December 21 at 7:40 a.m. in the middle school library.
The FCA high school Christmas party which was scheduled for this Sunday, Dec. 19 has been rescheduled to the first meeting on the January FCA calendar.

First grade students in Mrs. Glathar’s classroom did a science experiment with candy canes. They predicted what would happen to the candy cane when they put it in hot water, cold water, and vinegar. Then they tested the candy canes in each liquid.

On Monday evening, League of Legends players Ethan Boatright, Ethan Morris, Peyton Brown, Brock Caudle, Eric Heinzelman, and Matthew Eaton competed against Gretna, NE. On Thursday evening the Mario Kart teams competed against Platteview and Nebraska City.

The North School Christmas Program is tomorrow evening, Thursday, December 9th at 7:00 p.m. at Prichard Auditorium. The doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The program is for all students K-2nd grade and will be streamed on SRTIV (https://striv.tv/channel/falls-city/).
Girls Basketball game on Tuesday, December 14 at Southern will start at 6pm. JV's will only play 1 quarter. Varsity game will start at approximately

The Southeast District Health Department will be open today, December 8th, from 10 AM to 5:30 PM for COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer vaccine (children doses) kids ages 5+) at their office in Auburn. This is a walk-in clinic, no appointment is necessary.
